I’m currently writing my new novel, Earth Song, a curious, contemporary story inspired by nature and woven with otherworldly elements, and I thought it would be fun to run a little prize draw competition. Would you like to enter? Oh, good! All you need to do is this…
Can you guess the main location for my new story from these photos and video? For the answer, you only need to name the county or area rather than a specific place.
Here’s a Tip:
Although the story begins at Loch Lomond in Scotland, it’s not the main location. The main setting for this story is somewhere in the UK. Do you recognise the county where these photos were taken? If not, just take a guess. You have to be in to have a chance to win. 🙂
The winner will receive a personally signed copy of my first novel, Light Weaver, along with a selection of limited edition greetings cards featuring some of the photos I took this summer. There may even be some tea treats in the parcel too.
# Post the name of the location (county) in the reply section at the end of this blog post or on the relevant facebook / Twitter post thread along with your name. If you prefer, you can email your answer.
# If you haven’t already done so, sign-up for my free monthly email, ‘News from my Writer’s Nest’, for book gossip, high strangeness, nature notes, and more opportunities to win goodies.
Closing Date: 28th November 2018. The winner will be drawn at random after this date and the winner’s name will be announced in December’s newsletter. Once the winner has provided their address, the prize bundle will be posted out.
Enjoy, and good luck!
PS It would be a joy to connect with readers who love contemporary fiction woven with otherworldliness so ‘post shares’ will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, dear-hearts.
